Sorting and washing

The process begins with selecting high-quality potatoes, and after sorting, washing is performed to remove contaminants, which plays an important role in ensuring final quality.

Steaming
After washing, the potatoes are transferred to a steamer to soften them and make them easier to peel. This step helps preserve nutrients and ensure quality.

Peeling
The skin of potatoes is removed with advanced and precise machines to produce a uniform, high-quality product with minimal waste and waste.

Staining and waste separation
Waste is carefully removed by human labor and advanced machinery so that only the best potatoes move on to the next steps.

Slice
Potatoes are cut into uniform slices using special cutters and blades. This uniformity affects the beauty and uniform cooking of the product.

Half-cooked in the blancher
The slices are blanched twice in lukewarm water in a blanching machine, helping to preserve the natural texture, flavor, and color of the potatoes and preventing discoloration in later stages.

Initial dehumidification
The slices are prepared in a fryer to remove excess moisture. This process is carefully controlled to preserve the natural texture of the slices.

roast
The potatoes are fried in a temperature-controlled dryer to create a golden color and crispy texture, without adding a burnt flavor to the product.

Final dehumidification
The fried slices are then transferred back to the fryer to remove any remaining moisture and are prepared for freezing. This step ensures the shelf life and quality of the product.

Quick freezing
The slices are then placed in an IQF machine to be quickly frozen using advanced technology to preserve their freshness and quality. This rapid freezing prevents large ice from forming and affecting the texture of the slices.

Packaging
In the final stage, the frozen potatoes are re-sorted and packed in standard, hygienic packaging, ready to be shipped. This packaging preserves the quality of the product and makes it easy to transport and store.
